Mem MCP is a hosted server that gives AI tools secure access to your Mem notes and collections. It works with Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code CLI, and Codex CLI. The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that lets AI applications connect to external tools and data sources. Instead of copying and pasting between apps, your AI assistant can work with Mem natively.
